A focused AI or LLM application test is typically scoped at 3–6 consultant days. At £795 + VAT per day, that is an indicative £2,385–£4,770 + VAT. Agent reviews and broader red-team exercises are priced to an agreed scope. Every engagement is quoted at a fixed price before work begins.
How long does an AI test take?
Focused testing often takes 3–6 days once access and test data are ready. Preparation, reporting and any retest add time; we confirm the schedule in the statement of work.
What do you need from us?
An architecture overview, the AI use cases and business actions, test accounts, data sources, connected tools or MCP servers, permissions, testing environment, and a contact for safe escalation. We agree boundaries before testing.
Do you test the model or the whole application?
We test the complete application path: user interface, APIs, retrieval, data boundaries, model behaviour, tool permissions and downstream actions. The exact scope is agreed with you.
